And then a sky opens up before you one early fall evening. The space above you that you had sat with and accepted as inescapably limited by October cloud cover starts to move. November winds that should not surprise you do something that does surprise.
You fall backward at the possibility that a sky can look different. You fall backward because, yes, the sky definitely does look different.

Yes, worlds and skies get shaken. Yes, they do.
I enjoyed the skies of November. They seem to promise snow in upcoming holidays. They inevitably cheer me up.
I am learning here that in the springing forward, the skies too look different. Perhaps it is the movement itself that affords the new perspective, and not so much the sky? Or more like a kaleidoscope...yes, the colored glass inside tumbles and the images change, but only when an outside force rotates the container.
